What you will achieve with us
- Competent handling of reservations: You are the first point of contact for our discerning guests and confidently handle inquiries for individual and group reservations. You always act with the highest professionalism and foresight.
- Data maintenance: You maintain the guest databases with utmost accuracy, significantly contributing to the satisfaction and return of our guests.
- Complaint management with sensitivity: Should complaints arise, you handle them immediately and always find the best solution for our discerning guests – discreetly and efficiently.
- Multimedia communication: You are responsible for answering all incoming inquiries, whether by phone or email.
- Coordination with other departments: In close cooperation with our dedicated team, you ensure that the occupancy of our luxurious guest rooms and event spaces is optimally coordinated with the offers in F&B and Spa.
- Administrative support: You assist the Reservations Manager in all administrative matters, ensure compliance with our high standards, and contribute to continuous product optimization.
- Year-round position, permanent contract after successful probation period
- Start: approximately from 01.04. or by arrangement, permanent.
Who you are
- Charisma and friendliness: Your personality is characterized by natural friendliness and charisma, combined with a keen sense for the wishes of our discerning guests. You impress with your well-groomed appearance and excellent manners.
- Team spirit and flexibility: You enjoy working in a team, are communicative, and adapt flexibly to the challenges of a dynamic work environment.
- Experience in upscale hospitality: With completed vocational training in upscale hospitality and at least 2 years of experience in 5-star hotels, you bring solid expertise in front office or reservations.
- Language skills: Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written, are essential. Additional languages such as Italian are a plus.
- Technical proficiency: You are proficient in using Opera Cloud and common Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook). Maintaining online booking channels is also familiar to you.
- Organizational talent and customer orientation: You organize and plan with precision, maintain contact with guests and partners in a stylish and discreet manner, and convince with your outstanding customer orientation.
