- Commercial training, ideally with experience in the insurance industry (non-life)
- Professional experience in internal sales, preferably in the insurance environment
- High service orientation and enjoyment of demanding customer contact
- Confident German, very good French or Italian skills are an advantage
- Good MS Office skills
