WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE

• Workshop Moderation & Consulting: You conduct workshops with specialist departments as well as the management of our customers and moderate them.
• Requirements Management & Process Analysis: You gather requirements, analyse and document business processes. 
• Solution Design & User Stories: You develop solution designs and create structured user stories as a basis for the successful implementation of our projects.
• Testing & Implementation: You support testing, accompany users during the introduction of new solutions and ensure high quality.
• Training & Enablement: You conduct admin and user training sessions.
• Project Responsibility: You take responsibility for smaller projects or subprojects.
• Pre-Sales & Customer Consulting: You support pre-sales in the conception of solutions, effort estimations as well as customer presentations and actively contribute your expertise.
• Long-term Customer Support: You support our customers in the long term and build sustainable customer relationships.
• Salesforce Configuration & Implementation: You configure and implement basic processes on the Salesforce Platform, especially in the Salesforce Core Clouds.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• Education & Qualification: You have a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification.
• Experience as a Business Analyst: You bring at least five years of experience as a business analyst and have knowledge in requirements engineering as well as process design.
• Salesforce Know-how: You have at least three years of experience on the Salesforce Platform and practical experience in configuring Salesforce solutions.
• Workshops & Stakeholder Management: You are experienced in leading workshops and dealing with different stakeholders - up to senior management and C-level. 
• Industry Knowledge: Ideally, you have experience in the banking, insurance or manufacturing sectors.
• Integration & Technology Understanding: You have experience in integration projects, for example with SAP or Navision, and experience with Agentic AI.
• Certifications: You hold relevant Salesforce certifications.
• Agile Working: You are familiar with agile project methods and feel comfortable in dynamic project environments.
• Personality & Working Style: You convince with customer-oriented thinking, personal responsibility, structured working as well as a proactive and eager-to-learn personality. Team spirit and openness to new tasks characterise you. You also enjoy taking responsibility and growing together with a growing organisation.
• Language Skills: Your very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
