Mandated by one of our clients in the canton of Vaud, we are looking for:
Head Nurse
- HES nursing diploma or foreign qualification recognised by the Swiss Red Cross
- Minimum 5 years of experience, including 2 years in team leadership
- Intermediate management training (CAS, federal certificate in team management, etc.)
- Experience with elderly people in Switzerland
- Strong skills in leadership, organisation and interdisciplinary work
- Good command of French and computer tools
- PLAISIR/PLEX training or a specialisation in geriatrics is an asset
- Driving licence and vehicle essential
- Manage the site organisation and ensure the quality of resident care
- Supervise the nursing team and promote effective collaboration between different sectors
- Oversee care organisation, life projects and file follow-up
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
- Maintain links with residents, their relatives, doctors and various partners
- Participate in planning management, recruitment and team skills development
- Actively contribute to institutional projects and the smooth running of the site
