For our client, an independent, non-profit organisation based and strongly focused in the Bern area, we are looking for the HR Services Team, a responsible and team-oriented specialist. The company offers professional services for a demanding clientele and is characterised by a dynamic environment, high quality standards and a modern corporate culture. For the newly launched new working and team form, we are looking for a committed individual who wants to contribute their expertise and actively help develop the payroll processes. You are looking for a meaningful job environment; as:
Payroll Specialist Abacus, 80-100%
Your Tasks
- Processing and responsibility for the assigned entities in payroll with approx. 500 HC’s including shifts and allowances
- You master withholding tax and social security accounting inside out
- Notifications to social security and authorities (entries, exits, changes, payroll data for processing family allowances, compensation for loss of earnings and maternity benefits)
- Processing accident and sickness notifications via Sunetplus including salary deductions for long-term absence (recalculations etc.)
- Substitution of colleagues within the team and their assigned entities
- Preparation and analysis of statistics and payrolls
Your Profile
- At least 3-5 years of experience in payroll
- Proficient in Swiss payroll accounting; withholding tax, social security and labour law
- Experience with ERP Abacus preferred, good knowledge of Excel
- Self-responsibility, team player, high quality standards and strong self-organisation skills
- Native German speaker or level (C1 with diploma), any additional language an advantage

- Employment conditions: 42h/week and 5 weeks holiday
