Psychologist MSc/MA as Specialist in Vocational Integration 60 - 100 %
Diaconis operates three business areas: living and care in old age, palliative care, and vocational integration. Our team comprises around 250 employees at several locations in the city of Bern, Ostermundigen, and Biel.
On behalf of the Canton of Bern, Diaconis’ labour integration offers various labour market measures for the sustainable vocational integration of job-seeking persons. One of these is the EAR measure (Assessment of Labour Market-Relevant Resources), a location assessment and potential evaluation for German- and French-speaking job seekers. It is aimed at people with an unclear reintegration strategy when there is a need to clarify labour market-relevant skills and the integration potential for the labour market is to be assessed. The results form an important basis for further vocational integration. The referring agency is the regional employment centre (RAV).
