Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge? For our well-known client, we are looking for a flexible and competent

Carrying out maintenance and special cleaning in and on various properties in the cantons of Obwalden, Nidwalden and Lucerne
Ensuring high cleaning quality and customer satisfaction
Proper use of cleaning agents, machines and equipment
Independent as well as team-oriented execution of daily tasks
Compliance with safety regulations and work guidelines
Support during on-call and winter service deployments

Completed training as a Maintenance Specialist EFZ, Building Cleaner EFZ or comparable training with experience in cleaning
Enjoyment in cleaning buildings and their surroundings
Good German skills in spoken and written form
Efficient, structured and clean working method
Friendly, reliable and discreet personality
Independent working style as well as teamwork and flexibility
Driver's license category B (mandatory)
Trailer test is an advantage or willingness to acquire it
Certificate to operate aerial work platforms is an advantage or willingness to acquire it
