Your tasks and responsibilities
In this role, you coordinate on-site service deployments and ensure that they comply with ABB’s guidelines as well as the requirements of our customers. During the execution of service orders, you act as the central contact person and ensure smooth collaboration among all parties involved. With your strong organisational skills and customer-oriented approach, you contribute significantly to high service quality and customer satisfaction.
Work model: Hybrid
Work location: Zuzwil or Baden
Your main tasks include:
- Planning, scheduling and coordinating service technicians throughout Switzerland, taking into account availability, qualifications, deployment location and priority of orders.
- Organisation and management of service orders, including maintenance, repairs and installations in the medium and low voltage sector.
- Close cooperation with internal customers, project managers and the service team for efficient planning and successful implementation of daily service activities.
- Assuming a central interface function with ongoing monitoring of resource planning and flexible adjustment to changing requirements.
- Ensuring high service quality with a focus on customer satisfaction, efficiency and sustainable business success.
- Responsibility for professional and transparent communication throughout the entire order processing.
Your profile
- Completed technical or commercial training.
- At least three years of professional experience in service planning, for example as a Service Dispatcher, Service Coordinator or in a comparable role.
- Sound knowledge and practical experience in maintenance, service, commissioning and repair of electrical systems or devices.
- Strong organisational skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented working style.
- Very good oral and written communication skills and the ability to maintain an overview even in a dynamic environment.
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office and ERP systems; knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage.
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; English and French skills are an advantage.
