• Complex technical and fundamental questions regarding claims processing are in the best hands with you.
• With your know-how, you support claims processing in questions about the obligation to provide benefits under KVG and VVG as well as other social insurances.
• You enjoy creating clear work instructions and tools for efficient claims processing.
• You bring fresh ideas to continuously improve professional processes with your interconnected thinking.
• Whether authorities, insured persons or service providers: you always strike the right tone.

• Several years of professional experience in the claims area of a health or social insurance
• A federal specialist certificate as a health and/or social insurance specialist or the willingness to obtain it after starting the position
• Knowledge of the applicable tariff structures and tariffs as well as the relevant coordination provisions
• Very good communication skills and the ability to convey complex topics simply and understandably
• Native German speaker – knowledge of French or Italian is a plus
