The Ilgenhalde location is one of our three institutions. It offers school, living, and therapy for children and young people aged 4 to 20 in Fehraltorf. By arrangement, we are looking for reinforcement as.
Team Leader Residential Group 80-100%
These are your tasks:
- Team leadership of our residential group G - administration and management of the team
- Deployment planning of specialists
- Care and support in an individual setting
- Enjoyment in working with children and young people with multiple disabilities and/or on the autism spectrum and in performing nursing tasks
- Close coordination with the team for a shared nursing-pedagogical approach and for jointly shaping everyday life
What you bring with you:
- Qualification as a social pedagogue HF/FH
- Completed leadership training (e.g. CAS in Leadership)
- Leadership experience
- Professional experience in supporting people with disabilities
Reliability, high resilience and a balanced personality
- Observational skills and enjoyment in supporting children and young people
