Your new role

• You support the team in managing diverse electrical projects and gradually take on your own sub-areas, always accompanied by experienced professionals

• You work closely with all project participants, assist with coordination on site, and ensure optimal information exchange

• You contribute to the creation of concepts, tenders, and technical documentation – CAD skills or specific planning software are not yet required

• You assist with system acceptance, document construction progress, and actively help with quality assurance

• You build an initial network with clients, architects, and partner companies and continuously grow into the role of a competent contact person

What distinguishes you

• You have completed a basic electrical engineering education, e.g. as an electrical installer or electrical planner

• Further training as a technician HF or electrical project manager is not mandatory for this position. Ideally, you have already completed such training, are close to finishing, or are motivated to pursue it in the future.

• Experience in electrical planning is explicitly not required for this junior position. Your willingness to learn and motivation are paramount

• You are characterised by a structured, reliable way of working, show high commitment, and enjoy acquiring new knowledge in a practical way

• You are an open, communicative personality with a confident manner, who enjoys working in a team and communicates matters clearly and understandably
