The Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma-related disorders. As a health insurance recognised institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based, and compassionate treatment for our patients.

With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the outpatient clinic and day clinic in Lenzburg, as well as the trauma-specific outpatient clinic in Baden – we combine professional expertise with appreciative and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Specialist Psychologist in Lenzburg (m/f/d), 60-100%

For our outpatient clinic in Lenzburg, we are seeking reinforcement in the field of psychotherapy from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Independent conduct of outpatient psychotherapies in collaboration with psychiatric specialists
• Independent leadership and co-leadership of psychotherapeutic group therapies
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external agencies
• Participation in team meetings, intervision, and supervision

Your profile

• Completed psychology degree or equivalent qualification as well as completed psychotherapy training
• Experience in the field of addiction disorders and/or trauma-related disorders is an advantage
• Desire to contribute yourself and your own ideas to be a good companion to affected people towards more self-determination
• Openness, creativity, collegiality, sense of responsibility, resilience, and motivation
• Strong identification with the mission statement and conceptual foundations of the therapeutic work at Klinik Im Hasel AG
• We expect an attitude characterised by appreciation and respect in dealing with our patients.
