For our Zurich branch at the Dielsdorf location we are looking for an immediate or agreed start for a:

Sales Back Office Clerk (m/f/d) 100%

• Telephone and written advice to our private and business customers
• Receiving and processing customer enquiries
• Preparation and follow-up of quotations for moving and transport services
• Building and maintaining stable customer relationships, increasing customer satisfaction
• Supporting the dispatch and sales team
• Maintaining and updating customer data in the CRM system
• Processing orders from enquiry to invoicing
• General administrative tasks

• Commercial training or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in sales back office, customer service or an administrative role
• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong service orientation
• Independent, structured and reliable working style
• Very good German skills, both spoken and written
• Additional language skills (French, English or Italian) are an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with CRM systems
• Resilience and organisational talent even in hectic situations
