Your Tasks and Perspectives
- Personnel, organizational and technical leadership of a maintenance team of 6 employees at the hospital locations Wil and Uznach
- Ensuring property maintenance at both locations
- Organization and responsibility for the maintenance of the assigned systems and facilities
- Control and monitoring tasks of external companies
- Decision-making and cost responsibility within the scope of the competence regulations and close cooperation with other maintenance teams at all locations of the HOCH Health Ostschweiz hospital group
What You Bring to This Position
- Higher education in operational building maintenance, preferably as a maintenance specialist with a federal certificate
- Leadership experience in a similar position as well as experience in healthcare is an advantage
- All-rounder qualities and manual skills in general maintenance - precise, efficient and independent work as well as service-oriented
- High social and communication skills as well as enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary environment
