Specialist in Health or Care for Residential Group
These are your tasks:
- Support for a team with children and young people
- Accompaniment in an individual setting
- Creating an active living environment for the children and young people together with the team
- Empathetic support for children and young people with various impairments
- Close coordination with the team for a shared educational approach and to jointly manage everyday challenges
- Workload: 40-90%
What you bring with you:
- Qualification as a care specialist or health specialist EFZ
- Professional experience in supporting people with impairments
Reliability, high resilience, and a balanced personality
- Observational skills and enjoyment in supporting children and young people
