We are looking for a Red Team Engineer who will further develop our red teaming capabilities and conduct realistic, adversary-focused tests across our applications, cloud services, infrastructure, and workplace environments. This role combines hands-on offensive security with the opportunity to help shape and advance our red teaming programme. AI is used intensively – both for developing AI-assisted penetration testing and for testing the security of our own internal AI platforms.
You will work closely with architects, engineers, developers, the blue team, risk functions, and business teams to translate offensive findings into concrete improvements. In doing so, you effectively strengthen our defences in day-to-day operations – not just on paper.
