SmartLiberty is an innovative company within the Nexus Switzerland group (www.nexus-schweiz.ch), specialising in developing intelligent digital security and communication solutions for the healthcare and long-term care sectors. Our mission is to optimise care processes so that caregivers have more time for residents while simultaneously increasing their freedom and safety. With state-of-the-art technology and a strong focus on user-friendliness, we support care facilities in working more efficiently and sustainably.

If you get stuck, our experienced experts are there to help. And likewise, you are there for your colleagues when they need you.
Responsibilities
- You ensure smooth ICT support – both remotely and on-site.
- You perform annual maintenance and document the results.
- You independently handle 1st and 2nd level support requests.
- You are part of our 24/7 support team and ensure system availability.
- You communicate actively with our customers and find solutions that help them.
- You contribute ideas to further develop our support processes and advance digitalisation in care.
Skills
- EFZ qualification as an IT specialist or telematics technician (or equivalent)
- Independent and structured working style
- Good IT knowledge and interest in new technologies
- Swiss German native speaker and good English skills
- Ability to adapt to different types of interlocutors, enjoyment in dealing with people
- Customer orientation, solution thinking, and a driving licence (category B)
Responsibilities
- You maintain customer satisfaction at a high level – or raise it to a new one.
- You plan and carry out annual maintenance independently (after training).
- You adhere to agreed SLAs and ensure reliability.
