About the job
- Overall responsibility for strategic and operational procurement
- Further development of strategic sourcing & category management for construction services (general planners, general contractors), facility management and energy
- Further development of procurement with regard to a "Procurement Business Partner" approach (processes, tools and service)
- Market observation, further development of procurement strategies and optimisation of the supplier portfolio
- Negotiation management & contract design: Leading complex contract negotiations, concluding framework agreements to optimise conditions as well as guiding the connected planners in the tendering process for work and supply services
- Assuming procurement responsibility as a specialist and internal consultant for the integration of planner, work and supply services within a project organisation for building and civil engineering projects as well as facility management services
- Several years of leadership and professional experience in strategic or project procurement, especially in the field of construction services, architectural, general planning services or facility management.
- University of applied sciences degree, further training as a purchasing manager with a federal diploma or comparable further training.
- Sound knowledge of the Swiss procurement landscape, especially SIA and KBOB standards.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills as well as confident appearance towards internal and external stakeholders
- High sense of responsibility as well as economic thinking and acting
- Very good knowledge of common IT tools
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French skills are an advantage
