To strengthen our management team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an entrepreneurial and empathetic leader as:

Head of Services / Deputy Managing Director | 80-100%

Making an impact – thinking across boundaries, shaping together
• Taking overall entrepreneurial responsibility for the Services area including kitchen, service, facility management and IT.
• Actively contributing to the further development of Biffig AG as a member of the management team.
• Understanding the interrelations of integrated care, utilising the strategic scope for action and setting important impulses for the organisation’s future.
• Leading and developing team leaders, strengthening cross-departmental collaboration and ensuring high service quality and economic operations. Empathy, appreciation and a culture of trustful leadership are central.
• Strategic and organisational development of IT as well as maintaining and shaping cooperation with the external IT partner.
• Acting as deputy to the managing director during their absence within the defined competencies.

Expertise and leadership skills:
• Several years of leadership experience at management level and the ability to think entrepreneurially and networked.
• Completed leadership training at management level, regardless of original training path.
• Solid training in facility management, technology, IT, hospitality, gastronomy or a comparable field.
• Experience in leading and developing leaders as well as managing complex service areas.
• Business understanding and experience with infrastructure, investments and organisational development.
• Strong sensitivity to people, an empathetic attitude and enjoyment of appreciative collaboration.
