YOUR TASKS
- Planning and coordination of maintenance, repair, and inspection work as well as monitoring the corresponding deadlines
- Management of external service providers and control of the work performed
- Conducting and documenting regular building and safety rounds as well as technical tests
- Monitoring service and ticket management systems and ensuring timely processing
- Support in monitoring building technology and coordination in case of malfunctions
- Preparation of regular reports and KPI evaluations
- Participation in smaller projects and support of facility management in daily operations
- Independent execution of minor repair and maintenance work after consultation
- Support at internal events, for example, setting up and dismantling event furniture
- Responsibility for the proper disposal of confidential and general waste
- Active contribution to smooth building operations and high service quality
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed vocational training, ideally in a technical, craft, or facility management environment
- Experience in facility management, building technology, or a comparable technical-administrative function
- Good technical understanding and enjoyment of hands-on work
- Ideally, initial experience in coordinating external service providers or accompanying maintenance work
- Confident use of MS Office; experience with ticket, work order, or building management systems is an advantage
- Independent, reliable, and structured working style as well as the ability to keep an overview even with short-term requests
- Strong service and customer orientation and enjoyment of working with various internal and external contacts
- Physical fitness and willingness to assist with rounds, technical tests, minor repairs, and setting up and dismantling event furniture
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Availability from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 12:00 and occasional willingness for planned assignments outside regular working hours
- A clean criminal record and debt enforcement register extract are required
