Assistant Operations Manager
Would you like to help ensure that everything runs smoothly in our depot in Glattbrugg? As assistant to the operations manager, you will take on a variety of tasks.
In Maintenance District 1 in Glattbrugg with its 18 employees, we are responsible for around 135 km of state roads, 275 km of bike/pedestrian paths, and around 250 km of hiking trails. With your administrative support, you ensure that everything runs smoothly off the roads as well.

Your tasks
- You support the operations manager as well as all employees with diverse administrative and organizational tasks
- You handle correspondence, attendance management, and accident reports
- You take incoming phone calls, email traffic, and mail intake
- You are responsible for checking and entering accounts payable
- You create the accounts receivable that are invoiced to third parties
- You support employees in setting up and using cantonal IT applications
Your profile
- A commercial or technical education with experience in administration
- Solid user knowledge of MS Office/SAP programs
- Flawless, confident German language skills in spoken and written form
- Independent, efficient, precise work, reliability, and sense of responsibility
- Service orientation, openness, and team-oriented work
