Flying Teachers offers a teaching assignment for learning support starting 23.02.2026 in Zurich:

Course description: 2 students, 2nd long-term gymnasium / 4th long-term gymnasium, need regular support in several areas. The focus is on learning strategies and the natural science subjects

Course start: February 23, 2026

Course time: Mon to Thu, three to four times a week

Monday 3:30-6pm

Tuesday 3-5:30pm

Wednesday 4-5:30pm

Thursday 4:30-7pm

(Friday 3:30-5pm - by arrangement)

Course location: 8002 Zurich

Number of lessons: 4 x 2.5 hours per week (total approx. 10 hours per week)

Who are we?

Flying Teachers is a private language school that was founded over 25 years ago. We are based in Switzerland but also have offices in Germany and Hungary. We teach a wide range of languages and offer tutoring for children in regular schools. We offer intensive courses for all age groups and work in-house to provide targeted language solutions.

What we expect from our teachers:

• Native German speaker or at least C1 level
• Experience in learning support
• Effective lesson planning
• Promote student-centered approaches
• Conduct needs analyses
• Register student attendance
• Monitor student progress
• Maintain good communication with the office
• Residence in the Zurich area and a work permit for Switzerland
• Experience in online teaching Knowledge of online tools is an advantage
