Technical Supporter Packaging
Do you enjoy practical work, take responsibility and want to sustainably improve packaging processes? Then you are exactly right with us! As a Technical Supporter Packaging, you are the contact point for our machine operators, the link to Technical Service and accompany cross-departmental projects. You belong to a team that is proud every day to ensure reliable and efficient production.
Your future main tasks:
- First-level support for our machine operators to ensure faults are resolved quickly and sustainably
- Analyse and further develop packaging processes to continuously improve quality, productivity and process stability
- Accompany packaging tests and product launches to ensure new products and packaging solutions are successfully transferred into production
- Actively shape projects to innovatively further develop packaging and technology solutions
- Train employees and share know-how across departments to sustainably anchor standards and improvements in everyday production
Your ideal qualifications:
- Technical or food technology basic training (for example as a mechanic, food technologist or machine operator) as well as initial professional experience in a production environment, ideally in the food industry
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented and responsible working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in supporting employees and passing on knowledge
