What awaits you You will take on professional support and processing by phone, email, and messaging service for customer inquiries In addition to customer support, you will create various documents and respond to first-level support service requests Respond to first-level support inquiries regarding the myaxa customer portal Varied telephone and written contacts with our sales team You are responsible for mutations of customer and contract data What you bring Experience in health insurance is an advantage / career starters are also possible You are linguistically talented.
