Within portfolio management, we provide comprehensive services for Swiss and international real estate investments in the sense of direct owner representation of the clients. The versatile tasks are carried out by a highly specialised team for our institutional clients.

To ensure portfolio maintenance and further growth, we are looking for an experienced individual as

Asset Manager in Real Estate (80 - 100%)

• Key Account Management for a Swiss pension fund

• holistically manage directly held real estate investments in Switzerland with a focus on Northwestern Switzerland and the Lake Geneva region

• monitor and coordinate construction and development projects

• degree in finance or real estate management

• initial professional experience in a comparable role or related fields

• knowledge of tenancy, construction, and planning law

• committed individual who handles deadlines and stressful situations well

• communicative skills that are profitably applied in negotiation situations with important business partners

• good or improvable French language skills

• state-of-the-art infrastructure

• SBB train station only 1 km away

• flexible flextime system

• 5 weeks annual holiday plus 3 bridge days
