Architect (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF90,000 - 95,000Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a specialist for the holistic handling of versatile architecture and building projects from project development to realisation. Depending on experience, you will be involved in design, project planning, execution planning and construction management and also accompany larger construction projects over several project phases. The focus is on careful building construction and detailed planning as well as the development of sustainable and architecturally high-quality solutions. The position offers a broad range of tasks within Swiss architectural planning with the opportunity to work on projects comprehensively.
Responsibilities:
Participation in the development and handling of demanding architecture and building projects of various sizes
Handling projects from design and project planning to execution planning and realisation
Creation and further development of floor plans, sections, elevations as well as execution and detail plans
Development of technically and aesthetically convincing construction, materialisation and detail solutions
Preparation and coordination of building permit and approval documents as well as support in clarifications with authorities
Coordination of planning contributions from specialist planners and experts and integration of technical requirements into architectural planning
Review of planning bases, specialist planner documents and execution details regarding quality, completeness and feasibility
Participation in tendering and bidding as well as preparation of the necessary planning bases and specifications
Depending on experience, taking on tasks in project and construction management as well as coordination of contractors during realisation
Accompanying construction execution including detail clarifications, quality controls and plan revisions
Ensuring planning and implementation according to relevant SIA standards, building regulations and Swiss planning standards
Qualifications:
Degree as Architect FH/ETH, Dipl. Technician HF Building Planning/Architecture or Draftsman EFZ specialising in Architecture
Professional experience in architecture or building planning in the Swiss market
Knowledge in project planning, building construction, execution and detail planning
Good knowledge of Swiss SIA standards, planning bases and building regulations
Confident handling of industry-standard CAD and planning software
Good German or French language skills spoken and written
Valid Category B driving licence
