The ZEGG Family in Samnaun is more than just an employer. We are a team of individualists, hosts, and visionaries. For our charming 4* Hotel Nevada, we are looking for enthusiastic support at the front desk.

Join our team on a fixed-term seasonal contract – either immediately AND/OR for the upcoming winter season (end of November to early May 2027).

You are the face of our establishment and the first personal bridge to our guests. From the moment our guests enter the lobby until their departure, you lay the foundation for an unforgettable stay and ensure the carefree "at-home feeling" in our hotel.

Your area of responsibility:

Warm welcome: You confidently conduct check-ins and check-outs and accompany our guests with charm into their holiday.

Competent advice: Whether it’s about the perfect ski slope, hiking routes, wellness, or reservations in the ZEGG restaurants – you advise with expertise and enthusiasm.

Organisational talent: You fulfil special requests, organise transfers, and are the central point of contact for all concerns.

Administrative strength: You manage guest files, handle correspondence, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.

Team spirit: In the ZEGG Family, we stick together. Your commitment creates a lively atmosphere at the front desk, appreciated equally by guests and colleagues.

What you bring:

A completed training in hospitality and/or solid experience at the reception, ideally in holiday hotels.

Enjoyment of direct guest contact and a confident, well-groomed appearance.

Teamwork, flexibility, and resilience to keep an overview even on busy arrival days during the high season.

A positive demeanour and the passion to not only meet but exceed expectations.

Very good language skills in German and English (additional languages are a plus).
