Polymechanic – Maintenance for Building Technology and Servicing

Activities

Promptly rectify and repair malfunctions in controls, systems, and machines
Plan, coordinate, and carry out maintenance and servicing of machines and infrastructure
Create and continuously update plans and maintenance documentation
Implement requirements from authorities and supervisory bodies in the areas of electrical, water, pressure vessels, and gas systems
Coordinate and supervise the deployment of external maintenance and service partners

Requirements

Completed advanced technical college (HF) education or technician qualification in mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable field
Experience and solid expertise in building technology
Creative approach and pronounced manual skills
Independent, solution-oriented working style and strong team competence
