Polymechanic - Maintenance for Building Technology and Servicing

• Promptly rectify and repair malfunctions in controls, systems, and machines
• Plan, coordinate, and carry out maintenance and servicing of machines and infrastructure
• Create and continuously update plans and maintenance documentation
• Implement requirements from authorities and supervisory bodies in the areas of electrical, water, pressure vessels, and gas systems
• Coordinate and supervise the deployment of external maintenance and service partners

• Completed advanced technical college (HF) education or technician qualification in mechanics, electronics, mechatronics, or a comparable field
• Experience and solid expertise in building technology
• Creative approach and pronounced manual skills
• Independent, solution-oriented working style and strong team competence
