with Additional Function RAI NH Supervisor (20%)

• Together with about 30 employees in the nursing and activation area, you ensure a service- and resident-oriented, professional quality of care.
• Your team cares for our residents in long-term care.
• As an empathetic contact person for residents and relatives, you organize and coordinate the daily business and achieve an optimal care process.
• You conduct reports and contribute your expertise in team meetings and internal training sessions.
• You ensure quality development and maintenance as well as economic efficiency within personnel and financial guidelines.

• A completed education as a nursing specialist at tertiary level
• High professional and social competence
• Empathetic in dealing with elderly people and their relatives
• Stable, loyal personality with life experience
• Entrepreneurial, responsible, and networked thinking and acting
• Strong resilience and very good communication skills
• RAI NH Supervisor (20%, 4 office days per month)
