CONSTRUCTION MANAGER

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and experienced Construction Manager.

Your Tasks

• You are independently responsible for the realisation of demanding residential construction projects from the start of construction to handover, including defect rectification and warranty inspections
• You coordinate and lead the contractors and craftsmen directly on site
• You monitor schedules, costs and execution quality and consistently ensure compliance with safety regulations

Your Profile

• Completed construction or architecture-related vocational training
• Further training as a construction manager, technician HF or equivalent
• Practical experience in local construction management in Switzerland
• Confident handling of relevant IT programmes (e.g. Messerli, Excel, etc.) 
• Organisational talent and assertiveness
• Independent and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in working with people
