About the job
20–30% planned | Fixed-term 3 - 6 months | Zurich | Immediate start or by arrangement
Your RAI knowledge gives our teams confidence
You know RAI not only from theory and want to apply your knowledge where it is needed in everyday life? At SAWIA, you bring clarity to assessments, develop processes further, and support our teams in applying RAI securely. For 59 residents and six teams, you take on a specialist role with scope for design – without direct care and without shifts in the regular care duty roster.
Your tasks
You check RAI-LTCF assessments for quality and comprehensibility and support the planning of upcoming assessments. You identify the need for improvement, propose concrete measures, and accompany their implementation in the operation. You train and advise employees in a practical manner and convey professional content understandably. You work closely with the HF team and practice development and strengthen knowledge transfer between the teams. You use RAI-Soft and the Lobos care manager and support reliable processes in assessment and documentation.
Your profile
Care qualification HF or FH as well as a completed RAI expert further training suitable for the instrument used. Practical professional experience in long-term care and sound application experience with RAI-LTCF. Confident practical knowledge in the Lobos care manager. An independent, careful and structured way of working. You can orientate yourself and set priorities even with limited professional handover. Good German skills for advice, training and documentation as well as enjoyment of constructive collaboration.
You are not assigned to a single care apartment. Your deployment takes place during the week, without weekend duties. At least one full working day per week is planned; the deployment days are agreed outside of Tuesday.
More than a workplace
At SAWIA you can specifically contribute your RAI expertise and make a difference. You can expect a varied task with personal responsibility and close exchange with our care teams. With your commitment, you give employees confidence in dealing with RAI and make an important contribution to the quality of care for our residents.
Why SAWIA
SAWIA is a non-profit foundation that offers elderly people a home in small, family-like care apartments in the middle of the neighbourhood. Self-determination, community and well-being shape our work. Part of the apartments live a Mediterranean living concept.
In this role, you strengthen the teams with your knowledge and actively shape the RAI work. You work closely with care and practice development. What you build up and pass on should also help employees in everyday life beyond your fixed-term deployment.
