Your tasks

• Development of strategic target network planning focusing on the maintenance, renewal, adaptation, and decommissioning of individual gas network sections
• Analysis of network condition, customer development, and supply security as well as deriving future action requirements
• Coordination of gas network planning with the expansion of district heating and planned road and infrastructure projects
• Assessment of investments and renewals regarding technical necessity, economic efficiency, and long-term relevance
• Planning and support of projects related to pipeline construction, house connections, maintenance, and decommissioning
• Participation in heat contracting and taking over the technical deputy role in contracting

Your profile

• Technical training in the field of supply/energy technology, mechanical engineering or comparable, ideally with further education at HF/FH level
• Experience with gas, heat, or comparable supply networks
• Knowledge in pipeline construction and house connections, ideally also in the area of gas pressure regulation and metering stations (DRM)
• Experience in technical infrastructure projects as well as knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards
• Ideally experience in heat supply, contracting, or district heating
• Analytical and economic thinking as well as an independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
