Missions

• Daily administrative and commercial support for the French and German departments
• Writing correspondence
• Preparing tender documents
• Managing debtor/creditor invoices
• Compliance with and application of internal procedures
• Event organization

You bring

• Methodical and autonomous
• Commercial employee training or higher
• Very good command of the German language, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility, service orientation, stress resistance
• Proven experience in executive assistance
• Excellent office skills
• Excellent oral and written communication
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position is required
