Property Manager 80-100%
Your responsibilities
You will independently manage a diverse residential portfolio in the Bernese Oberland area. Your daily tasks will include apartment inspections and handovers for initial rentals and tenant changes, as well as ensuring smooth property maintenance. You will be the contact person for tenants – both in person and by phone – handling matters related to rental contracts, contract amendments and rent adjustments. You will keep an eye on current rent policies and advise owners competently on setting rental prices. When necessary, you will plan minor renovations and support larger refurbishment projects in close collaboration with the project management of the construction department.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in the real estate sector
- Further education as a property manager with a federal diploma
- Fluent German, both spoken and written
- Solid accounting and legal knowledge (OR, ZGB and SchKG)
- Confident use of MS Office
- A competent, customer- and solution-oriented working style
- High social skills and good planning and organisational abilities
- Commitment, motivation and identification with our values
