Theological Staff Member at Schenkhaus (60 – 80%)
The innovation project Schenkhaus belongs to the Church Community of Zurich and is located in the Seefeld district until February 2027. Afterwards, a move to another central location in Zurich is planned. For our project for young adults from Zurich, we are looking for you as a committed person from November 2026 or by arrangement (initially limited until the end of 2027)
Your tasks
- Responsibility for and development of innovative spiritual and pastoral offerings of the Schenkhaus project, which are also attractive to those distant from denominations
- Representation of the project externally and close cooperation with the entire Reformed Church Community of Zurich
- Co-design and support of Schenkhaus activities, offerings and events for young adults, such as events with concerts, discussion rounds, workshops and other events
- Co-building the Schenkhaus community
Your profile
- You have a theological or social diaconal education (dual qualification)
- You identify with Reformed values and engage reflectively with your Christian faith
- You meet young people at eye level and have a sense for their life worlds
- You bring high social competence and pronounced personal responsibility
- You are preferably a member of a regional church
