We employ around 90 staff, including 5 apprentices, and are represented at 6 locations in the region.To strengthen our Credit Processing team in Lützelflüh, we are looking for a competent leader who enjoys managing staff, further developing processes and actively shaping the future of our bank.

What can you expect?
- You lead the current six-member Credit Processing team both professionally and operationally
- You check, process and manage new and existing credit positions in accordance with regulatory requirements
- You clarify open questions with authorities, insurance companies and other external parties and ensure smooth handling of credit transactions
What do you bring with you?
- Responsibility, teamwork and flexibility
- Advanced vocational training or in training for it
- Good knowledge and practical experience in the credit sector (processing or consulting), Raiffeisen experience is an advantage
- Analytical flair, quick comprehension and high quality awareness
