Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for managing sanitary projects considering ecological and sustainable aspects.
- Preparation of detailed technical concepts and cost calculations.
- Close collaboration with internal departments as well as external partners and suppliers.
- Ensuring compliance with quality standards and legal requirements.
- Conducting risk analyses and developing risk mitigation strategies.
- Building and maintaining customer relationships as well as active new customer acquisition.
- Contributing to the development and optimisation of innovative sanitary technologies.
- Coaching and further development of team members.
Qualifications:
- Completed technical basic training as a building services planner specialising in the sanitary sector.
- Successfully completed HF/FH further education in the HVAC field or comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in project management of sanitary projects.
- Knowledge of innovative sanitary technologies and sustainable concepts.
- Strong communication skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills.
- Analytical thinking and strategic planning ability.
- Good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations.
- Fluent German language skills.
