University Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy
Soteria Bern, as part of igs Bern, has been committed since 2011 together with the University Clinic for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry and Psychotherapy as well as the University Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy within the framework of the Early Detection and Therapy Center (FETZ) Bern. The FETZ offers comprehensive specialized outpatient diagnostics for the early detection of psychotic disorders. It Bern advises on treatment options, offers therapeutic help to those affected, and supports therapists in their treatment strategies. The overall offer of FETZ is aimed at people aged 8 to 40 years.
For FETZ Bern we are looking for as of February 1, 2026 or by arrangement:
Assistant Psychologist (80%)
Your tasks
- Diagnostic clarifications in children, adolescents, and young adults (with a focus on psychoses or increased risk for the development of a psychosis)
- Therapeutic activity within the framework of the offer of a modular cognitive-behavioral therapy for persons with an increased risk of psychosis or psychotic first episodes
- Contact person for the outpatient, day clinic, and inpatient services of Soteria Bern (igs Bern), participation in individual group therapies as well as taking on a limited number of outpatient therapies
Your profile
- Completed university degree in psychology
- Psychotherapy training recognized by the BAG (started or completed)
- Great interest in psychopathology
- Independent and structured way of working
- Previous experience especially with the clinical picture of psychotic disorders
- Interest in clinical research (desired)
