Project Manager / Project Manageress in Horticulture

You are a passionate horticulturist and like to get stuck in? If you want not only to work but also to think along and take responsibility, then we have just the right place for you. Together we realise strong projects and develop you step by step.
Tasks to be done
- You contribute your experience in garden and landscape construction, ensure the highest execution quality and support our team as well as our apprentices in everyday work. Depending on your strengths, you also participate in project planning, customer advice and organisation:
- Support in project supervision and construction site organisation
- Collaboration in planning and deployment of personnel, machines, materials and equipment
- Preparation of measurements, reports and participation in billing as well as cost control
- Customer advice on site as well as support with quotations and acquisition
- Contact person for team, customers, architects and suppliers
- Active participation in your professional and personal development
Your profile
- You have completed training as a gardener EFZ (garden and landscape construction), ideally have already gained experience as a foreman and want to develop professionally? Perfect! With us you have the opportunity to take on responsibility and gradually grow into a leadership role:
- Flexible, responsible and reliable personality with a strong team spirit
- Independent and structured way of working
- Good IT user skills
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Driving licence category B
