Your Tasks
- You take responsibility for the smooth running of service in the restaurant as well as on the wards.
- You ensure the satisfaction of our residents and guests
- You are responsible for compliance with the hygiene concept and ensure cleanliness and order in the service area
- You organise the various service processes efficiently
- Continuous adjustment and further development of the area and the overall operation in collaboration with the catering management
Your Profile
- Training as a restaurant specialist
- Experience as a service team leader 2-5 years, preferably in a residential and nursing home
- Several years of professional experience in an establishment with refined service, preferably in a hotel operation
- You have good manners and a high level of understanding for elderly and ill people
- You are a team player
