We serve 28,000 residents in Adliswil and Langnau a. A. and manage a beautiful operational area from the Albiskette to Lake Zurich. Our responsibility, according to the agreement contract, extends to other municipalities often up to the entire lower district part of Horgen. A modern fleet of vehicles is available to us, including several e-bikes, we train our own police trainee at the ZHPS and operate an almost new police station with very good infrastructure.

What do we expect from you?
You have completed police training with a federal certificate of competence. You bring good manners, high teamwork skills, and great commitment to the well-being of our population. Willingness to work irregular shifts, including evenings and weekends, is expected.
What does your daily work look like?
Your main tasks include maintaining or restoring safety, peace, and order through preventive and repressive visible police presence as well as first intervention in all deployment cases and assistance. During our patrol service, we are subordinate to the operations center of the cantonal police. In addition, you support the authorities in enforcing the legal order, perform reporting duties, conduct investigations, and report your assignments according to POG.
