For our branch in Basel, we are looking for a committed and reliable person to lead Reception, Cash Desk and Facility Management. In this responsible role, you will lead a team of seven employees and ensure efficient processes in the areas of reception, cash desk, and facility management. In doing so, you make a significant contribution to excellent service for our clients and employees.
Your tasks:
Leadership and further development of the Reception, Cash Desk and Facility Management team
Ensuring a professional reception for our clients, coordinating meeting rooms, and responsibility for the telephone switchboard
Responsibility for the local cash desk: handling payments, cash transactions, and security deliveries
Responsibility for building management, space planning, as well as coordination with tenants and property management
Role as Local Security Officer (LSO) of the branch: ensuring building security, alarm management, implementation of internal standards
Budgeting, cost control, review and approval of invoices in facility management
Compliance with and further development of processes, guidelines, and bank-specific standards
Support in projects such as renovations or relocations
Participation in the development of policies, processes, standards, and service levels in the areas of responsibility
Completed commercial basic training or equivalent qualification
Several years of experience in a comparable position – ideally in the banking environment
Proven leadership skills as well as high customer and service orientation
Excellent German skills as well as good English and French skills
Very good organizational skills, team spirit, strong communication skills, and an independent, precise way of working
Confident handling of MS Office applications
High degree of flexibility, resilience, discretion, integrity, and strong sense of responsibility
