· Organization and management of municipal construction projects
· Client representation in construction projects
· Preparation of documents, writing reports
· Support of the department head in the building construction area
· Budget responsibility in the assigned areas
· Participation in commissions
· Personnel management in the assigned areas
· Architect FH/HTL, certified construction manager building construction / construction technician
· Several years of professional experience, preferably in a municipal administration / NPO or also private
sector
· Leadership experience
· Good knowledge in project management (planning procedures, procurement, etc.)
· Good written and oral expression (German)
· Networked thinking, high flexibility and resilience
· Enjoyment of teamwork and flair for political processes
