To strengthen our team at the headquarters in Laufen/Switzerland (near Basel), we are looking for an immediate start for a
Product Manager (all genders)
for the area of fittings & accessories.
This role includes the following key responsibilities:
sales-active, holistic management of the business unit
definition of the strategic concept and product portfolio for the product categories bathroom and kitchen fittings as well as accessories
sales and portfolio analyses / management of product life cycles
planning and implementation of product optimisations and innovations
preparation of product briefings and feasibility studies
determination of target group-specific marketing strategies
development and communication of necessary product information and training materials
active support of the sales organisation in market development
participation in conception, design development and implementation
What we expect from you:
higher business education with a focus on marketing
at least 5 years of professional experience as a product manager of consumer goods (preferably from a related field)
pronounced technical understanding
confident sense for design, colours and materiality
convincing analytical and conceptual skills
fluent German and English skills (additional languages are an advantage)
strong communication skills and confident appearance
team player with high initiative, flexibility and resilience
willingness to travel within Europe and Asia (around 20%)
