To strengthen our team in the supermarket, we are looking for a motivated and committed employee Bakery/Fruits & Vegetables 40% (m/f/d) at the Baden location, starting 01.06.2026, permanent.

Your responsibilities
- You are responsible for preparing lunch menus, salads, and soups.
- You ensure product preparation, freshness, and quality.
- You conduct sales conversations and advise our demanding customers competently and friendly.
- You independently and reliably implement the weekly promotions.
- You organize the sales area and set seasonal focuses.
- You check the sales stands for completeness and cleanliness.
- You create an attractive market atmosphere according to our concept.
- You consistently adhere to the specified hygiene regulations.

Your profile
- Ideally, you have completed basic training in retail or gastronomy.
- You already have professional experience in an equivalent activity.
- You have the ability to adapt to a high customer frequency and remain calm and composed in hectic situations.
- You have a positive charisma and a neat appearance.
- You have a reliable, careful, and independent working style.
- You have a strong affinity for food products and sustainability.
- You are flexibly available according to the schedule.
- You speak fluent German and preferably have knowledge of another national language.
