The company PQM Consulting AG based in Pfäffikon SZ is a renowned IT company specializing in quality assurance and quality management. The company offers its customers professional support in optimizing their quality requirements and divides its core competencies into four main components: project/risk management, quality management, requirements management, and process management.

For an external client project in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for an experienced, competent personality for the role of Business Analyst at the senior level (from 5-8 years) starting from 01.12.2025 .

Main tasks:

At least 3 years of professional experience preferably in the financial sector, especially in payment transactions (SWIFT, eBill, LSV, etc.)

Experience as a Business Engineer in migration projects, platform changes, format changes (SWIFT, ISO20022, etc.)

Experience in agile projects (e.g., SAFe) and certification in Business Engineering (e.g., IREB)

Solid knowledge of payment transaction formats, platforms, and migration processes

Requirements (content, methodology, technology):

Experience in payment transactions (e.g., SWIFT, SIC, eBill, LSV, ISO 20022, etc.) is an advantage.

Experience in business and requirements engineering as well as testing is desirable.

The task includes the further development and migration of existing web applications in eBanking with a focus on payment transactions.

German: C2 – near-native proficiency

English: None

Onsite 60%, 40% home office, home office is only allowed from Swiss airspace
