In your role as a Customer Contact Center Agent, you will support our customers and customer advisors by phone and in writing. You will independently handle inquiries of varying complexity or forward them to your specialized colleagues from the adjacent interfaces.

Main tasks/responsibilities:
- You are the business card of Oswald towards our customers and customer advisors
- Thanks to your excellent service, you ensure top support for our customers and customer advisors
- You receive all customer and customer advisor concerns by phone and in writing and handle them to the best satisfaction
- You create goodwill and product reshipments and process credit notes
- Maintained master data is very important to you, and you love to conduct research and clarifications
- You support your supervisor in administrative matters
- Participation in subprojects offers you another exciting change
Requirements:
- You have a pronounced sense of service and respond to the needs of customers and customer advisors with patience and empathy
- You are technically savvy and find it easy to work with different systems in parallel
- You have completed vocational training in the commercial field or have solid professional experience with office activities
- High quality awareness, self-responsibility, and a flair for teamwork are a matter of course for you
- Networked thinking, performance-oriented work, and innovations are fun for you
- You communicate effortlessly in German and French, Italian is an advantage
