At Dettwiler Metallbau AG, you can expect a varied role between customer, design, AVOR and production.
As a family-run company with many years of experience in industrial sheet metal processing, we combine modern manufacturing technologies with artisanal know-how. From the first enquiry to the finished product, we produce individual parts, prototypes, series products and complete assemblies.
Your tasks
Technical and organisational support of customer projects
Project planning and monitoring from enquiry to delivery
Technical implementation of sheet metal & welding constructions
Creating and editing 2D and 3D CAD models
Developing sheet metal developments and bending data
Creating work documents, parts lists and manufacturing documents
NC programming for laser, punching centre and CNC bending machines
Coordination between customer, AVOR, purchasing and production
Support with calculations and technical clarifications
Your profile
Completed technical basic training, preferably as a plant and apparatus builder, designer, polymechanic or comparable
Experience in AVOR, work preparation or project management is an advantage
Experience in sheet metal processing and/or industrial manufacturing
Good knowledge of reading and understanding technical drawings
