Specialist in Personal Injury 50-100% (m,f,d), DE / FR

Your tasks

• Handling complex personal injury claims in the field of compulsory accident insurance under UVG as well as supplementary insurance under VVG (obtaining expert opinions, causality assessment, etc.) and in the area of daily sickness benefits insurance
• Deciding on benefit claims and provision of insurance services
• Legal assessment of coverage and recourse issues, drafting correspondence including legal hearings and orders in German and French
• Professional support of French-speaking personal insurance caseworkers
• Contacts with insured persons, doctors, lawyers, authorities, and other service providers in German and French
• Close cooperation including deputising with the personal insurance specialist and the claims management leadership

Your profile

• Commercial basic training EFZ, Federal Social Insurance Specialist Certificate advantageous
• Solid professional experience in accident and/or daily sickness benefits insurance
• Initiative and dynamic personality with quick comprehension and interconnected thinking
• High service orientation and customer focus
• Communication skills and social competence
• Very good oral and written expression in German and French
