Job Description
As an official BMW dealer in Frauenfeld and Weinfelden, Bickel Auto AG offers all services related to the vehicle under one roof. Since 01.04.2026, the company has been part of the French group "Hess Automobile".
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a communicative personality. You are the interface between our customers and our dealership and stand for customer orientation and service quality at a high level.
Your tasks
- Conducting service consultations together with the customer at the vehicle
- Explaining fault diagnoses
- Supporting our service customers regarding repair and service work
- Creating workshop orders and organising test drives for a clear diagnosis
- Planning and coordinating workshop appointments in consultation with workshop management and service assistance
- Creating invoices for completed workshop orders
- Handing over vehicles to our customers
- Handling complaints, warranty, and goodwill cases
- Selling service products and accessories

- Basic vehicle technical knowledge
- Strong communication skills and pronounced customer orientation
- Confident appearance and positive charisma
- Organisational talent and goal-oriented working style
- High quality awareness, commitment, and willingness to learn
- Good PC and IT skills
- Driving licence category B
